As a newcomer to Winston-Salem, my first visit to Dairy-O was a pleasant surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed their delicious hamburgers, which can be customized with toppings like chili. The restaurant's design and setup for the drive-thru is poor. I was the 4th car in line to order and it took 20 minutes to process. Customers should be able to view the menu while they wait to make their decision. The staff member working outside at the payment window was not helpful and did not provide any instructions after taking the payment. Overall, the service was confusing and frustrating.
