There are no tables available for sitting with your family at this restaurant. The ice cream is good, but be prepared to stand outside in the 90-degree heat in the parking lot, surrounded by careless drivers. This review is specifically for the Winston Salem location. Ordered a smoothie and 2 ice cream bowls at 6:12pm. Go in at 6:25pm and they are sitting in the back watching tiktok. They never even started our order till we went in to get our order. we were the only customers There were 4 employees inside. They also failed to give us our hot fudge. They were very unsanitary too with their gloves touching money then right back to the icecream. Disgusting.
Bought a cake and wanted it customized for my boyfriends birthday. Staff was super nice and fast, plus the cake was beautiful and tasted great! Overall very, very nice experience.

I love it. Wonderful. I LOVE the ice cream. I don’t even have to explain, it’s just so wonderfully good. The works need a raise, it’s so good. Love the cones!! <3
This place took entirely to long for ICE CREAM! we have been here for 45 minutes, so ridiculous. Just want my ice cream good lord!
