Cicis - Winston-Salem

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was very impressed by how clean the entire place was. It's clear that they take cleanliness seriously. We tried the buffet and were amazed by the quality and variety of food offered. It's a fantastic place to eat and we will definitely be returning. I highly recommend it.

I encountered attitudes from everyone except one person on staff at this restaurant. I ordered two different pizzas for our group, but both were incorrect. The crusts were burnt, the spaghetti sauce appeared to be old and tasted unpleasant, and all of the pizzas we tried were very greasy. The tables were dirty (with mosquitoes, not of the sexual nature), and the tea had a bad taste. We each spent $10 and ended up having to go somewhere else for lunch later because we couldn't eat anything there. I noticed someone beginning to clean the tables as we left.

The pizza was delicious and fresh, even late at night around 8:30. The staff and manager were friendly and resolved issues with the credit card payment for the arcade machines. This modern restaurant offers an adult buffet for $7 and no longer includes drinks in the child buffet. Despite this change, it still remains one of the best deals in the city, especially when it comes to the pizza. We would not hesitate to return here next time we are in town.

Pizza ?, pasta ?, salad ?, and dessert ? bar ? All you can eat, food made and put out often. I forget her name; however, the lady with the long black braids was super friendly and helpful always clearing plates and taking care of her customers ??

Love the variety of pizza and desserts, plus great salads, and pasta, soup. Clean and great service. Love love love my Cici's. ????
