Christopher's New Global Cuisine

I've had the pleasure of enjoying the exquisite food that Christopher prepares at his restaurant. I've never done this before, but I actually requested to meet him after tasting his tuna because I wanted to personally express how much I loved it. My friends and I often compare dishes when we explore local eateries, and I can confidently say that his fish is always cooked to perfection. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays, making it a delight to dine in such lovely surroundings. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to include a selection of more affordable wines on his list. The waitstaff is usually very friendly and always eager to explain the specials or any menu items. Great job, Christopher!
