Cava is on eo fun favorite chain restaurants. The food is good, there are healthy options and vegan and vegetarian options. Price is moderate.Vegetarian options: All dishes may be made vegetarian easily.

When is the next Winston location opening. I’m tired of the rude staff and low portion scoops!!!!!!! It’s a gamble every time I come . I love the concept of cava and the food but I wish the quality was to the par level I expect every time.

CAVA’s Winston-Salem, NC, location is by far the BEST one my husband I have ever visited! Ask for JAVON CHRIS : On Saturday, 2/17/24, we arrived at CAVA just moments after a large van carrying the Appalachian State’s Women’s Field Hockey team entered the restaurant. As we approached, we almost bailed, but we decided to make the best of the moment. As we waited in an incredibly long line, we struck up a conversation with some of the App State players and their manager. The time zipped by simply because we enjoyed their company SO MUCH!As we stepped up to order, the CAVA rep, Javon, didn’t miss a beat after serving the entire App State team as well as countless other guests. He was gracious, friendly, and professional. He was not daunted by the overwhelming number of customers. Service did not falter.Following Javon’s stellar attention to our “build-our-own bowls”, another CAVA rep, Chris, followed suit. The food, as always, was delicious. From beginning to end, everything was exemplary!THANK YOU, Javon Chris, for making our CAVA experience a delightful one! You both had every reason to be exhausted snippy, but you were the total opposite.WE WILL BE BACK… and we live an hour away!(Shout out to the Appalachian State’s Women’s Field Hockey team! Look up their schedule because they are a WINNING exciting kind-hearted team! I know my husband I are new fans! Can’t wait to see them play. Vegetarian options: Fabulous vegetarian options! CAVA’s ingredients are fresh numerous. Falafel, crazy feta, and avocado are at the top of my list. YUM!Parking: Plenty of free parking even at busiest times.Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for children in a welcoming environment :

We went on a busy night, but that did not stop the employees from being super nice and accommodating. The food was fresh and quickly prepared.
