Get you signed up and trick you into a contract. They haven't serviced the machines at all and we have had them for just over a year. That was part of their contract so as far as I can tell they violated their contract. Very sneaky and under handed company. You try to reach out to them and they blow you off or come up with some kind of excuse why its your fault. A very shady company, steer clear. View all feedback.
After cancelling our service, we were charged $186 the following month. My partner had been a loyal customer with a car draft setup for 3 years, never missing a payment. Despite this, the company increased our monthly bill from $10 to $42 without explanation. They only provided a basic water filter system which could easily be purchased on Amazon for $300. The filters were supposed to be changed every 6 months, but we never received any complaints about their condition. Despite being valued customers, we were mistreated by the company in the end. It goes to show that it's not about how a company starts with a customer, but how they choose to treat them in the long run.
