Ava's Cupcakes, Winston-salem

I went to this restaurant and purchased 4 cupcakes - 2 vanilla and 2 red velvet. This was not my first time visiting this establishment, but it will be my last. I had an issue with one of the red velvet cupcakes being dry and the icing being hard. I requested a refund, but the staff member was not able to process it. I went back to the restaurant to return the cupcakes and requested a full refund, but was told I could only receive a partial refund due to the weather conditions. I was disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the cupcakes. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I have been a fan of these cupcakes and the staff for years! They are delicious with amazing flavors. Recently, I tried a sampler of the cupcake bowls and they are incredibly tasty! You eat them with a spoon and they are so yummy! This is a special business, and I am not surprised that they won Cupcake Wars and have been featured on Food Network and Good Morning America.

These cupcakes are the best! I tried them for the first time for my birthday and they were absolutely amazing. I had to visit this place twice during my trip to North Carolina.

I swear, these are the best cupcakes I've ever had. I have believed something sweet and got a sortiment in aromen. all were from this world but the crème brûlée taste is from this galaxie!

They have gluten-free cupcakes. most aromen are pretty good. You can't just get this thing anywhere. enjoy them when they can!
