Arby's - Winston-Salem

The service is excellent! However, at the moment there is no dine-in option available. This may be inconvenient for those who do not drive and enjoy the delicious meals and special offers at this restaurant chain. I miss being able to walk down the street and order from the menu. Hopefully, the dining room will reopen soon.

That Arby restaurant is really nice. The service is good, and it's clean and fast.

Friendliest staff i've ever seen at any restaurant ever. the food was great and they gave plenty of extra sauces and condiments. 10/10 highly recommend

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the Arby 's in Winston Salem for hiring an Amazing Customer Service Young Man that Put a Smile on my Face at the Drive Up Today! Michael J. Is An Asset to your Establishment. He needs to train other 's in how to show a smile through your words. His Energy is contagious and you can 't help but feel good about your visit. So many times I pull up to face Someone who shows you they could care less about being or even having a job at this Stressful time. Keep up the Wonderful Cheerful Attitude Michael J. You will go far. I liked the food was delicious, and the manned lady was great and she worries me about her customers and she helped me with the problem that I had, I hope we have more like them in the manned position. 10/10 recommend
