Wendy's - Winston Salem

Excellent service. The woman whom works customer service is very professional, friendly and exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious ? and cooked to perfection. I specifically ordered two spicy?chicken ? sandwiches and a medium french fry. The fries were crispy and hot and the sandwiches were hot juicy. Will definitely return.

Got straight to the window , they took my order.. I drove to the first window paid no problem.. I get to the next window, it's wide open.. people are just standing around. Someone out of uniform comes closes the window while I sit and wait a good 10 minutes or more before anyone ever returns. The lady asked me what I ordered and at that point I was already annoyed and running behind so I asked for a refund. It's ridiculous with these fast food restaurants now. I get there's a shortage but there's still certain ways to go about running a business! Just disappointing every time now.

Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. When arrived waited in the drive thru. Person at drive thru speaker informed us that we?d actually have to come inside to pick up the mobile order. Switched mobile order to curbside to have them bring it out to me. Still had to wait (10 minutes) and ended up going inside to pickup the food. Food was okay, but definitely needs to work on customer service and speed.

To start with, sign on door states Open at 9am. We were let in at 10:15am. They were out of items, one customer ordered cheese fries and was told the microwave was broken. While eating near the door, a female came in, I think maybe a Manager, she had keys to unlock door, and smelled very much of Marijuana. I'm a retired Police officer, I know what it smells like. Never again will I visit this location. Sorry

I was in drive thru tonight yelled at so loud. That 8 other customers all drove around me and left. Stayed in line 40 min. I will never eat here again or order from here again. Bad Customer Service. And a rude very rude employee does not deserve to work there. I am telling everyone I know how bad I was treated the night before Thanksgiving I am so thankful I am not this away. I pray for you sir that you find Jesus real soon Thank you so much sir for treating me like a dog. This is putting it real nice. I have seen dogs get treated better than I was tonight. .sham on you!
