Wendy's - Winston Salem

Every time I come here, I end up waiting a long time for my food. It's best to double check your order if you use the drive-thru. Approximately one out of every three orders is incorrect. Service for dining in is rated a 1, while the food is a 4 and the atmosphere is a 3. The price per person for lunch ranges from $10 to $20.

The experience was amazing. My children and I loved the delicious food, the incredibly cozy atmosphere, and the outstanding customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.

The food at this Wendy's was typical for fast food, but I felt compelled to write a review because the gentleman working at the drive-thru window on Friday, the 22nd at 1:55, was incredibly friendly. He was the friendliest person I encountered during my travels. I was having a rough day, but his kind words helped to lift my spirits. I don't know his name, but I am grateful for the effort he put into making my experience at this restaurant memorable.

I would give this restaurant 1.5 stars. The service was slow, and my chicken sandwich was cold by the time the fries were ready, which took about eight minutes after I placed my order. The spicy chicken sandwich had no flavor or sauce. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food is always fresh and hot! The staff is great, very friendly. The management team always has a positive attitude and is always smiling.
