Cookout - Winston Salem

Fantastic service! We have a large family, and it's not uncommon for us to receive orders that are incorrect. However, the young lady who took our order was incredibly polite and patient as we placed our order for seven meals. She even read it back to ensure everything was accurate, which we greatly appreciated. Luckily, everything was correct, so we proceeded with our order. To our surprise, she quickly started handing us our drinks and food at the window as soon as we paid! Despite how busy they were that day, we received better service here than at other places, even when we've been the only customers. This will definitely be our go-to spot now that we've moved to Winston-Salem.

The food was incredible, especially the sauces. Just be sure to check your bag before you leave, as they sometimes forget items like the cherry wine shakes, which are quite large.

Stupidy to my mouth! I went there last night and bought five milkshakes to go a big frit, was for my son and the other four were for me because I just can't get enough of them, blueberry cheesecake milkshake, yum yum yummy

What’s not to love about this place? The food is usually quite good, especially the shakes. Sometimes, though, they have a bit of trouble accommodating extra toppings when I ask for them for my wife’s shake. It feels like they often stick to the standard recipe. That said, the wait in line can be a bit long at times, but the meals are always hot and fresh when served.
