Super slow service. Didn't have any shakes. Don't blame the employees. They were kind and worked as fast as possible. You just didn't have enough staff, that's the headline's fault. Food was great View all feedback.

I have gone to this particular BK twice in the a.m. And twice have I left irritated. The first time I was blocked in by a line and the second time I was first in line and could drive off. Great location. Political staff and good management team with fast drive thru.
You didn't blame me for the correct order. When I asked that they tried to fix it, but now I have 2 fees on my card for 5-10 days.
Fish sandwich was better than many restaurants. Hot fresh and crispy. Large sandwich

I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minute before I realized that she still was not coming my way, AND I left without food and coffee, which I skipped on doing at home. What a waste of time...how is it this slow at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT? I am not fond of McDonald's, I sure wish I had gone there instead.
