We attended a reception during a busy time, and unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the heat. Despite that, we enjoyed our experience so much that we returned today for our anniversary dinner. It would have been nice if there was air conditioning. The food was excellent, and I would highly recommend it! View all feedback.
More amazing place, we thought to eat something and had a nice carvery and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, there is a part to this review. I only found the pie shop after we had eaten, and we had to go home!
I have visited The Bell Hotel twice and had a meal from the carvery and also from the specials board. Superb food each time. Excellent service from the staff. This is a proper olde English public house/hotel. I will be going back and can absolutely recommend the pies.
