Brown Mug Cafe - Winslow

Definitely a small town restaurant. About 12 tables. Quiet atmosphere, the staff was nice. Ordnete the Deluxe Cheeseburger...not a man against Essen Burger...more like man against Anorexia...but it was good and juicy. Bathrooms are small. The best moment had to sit in the same booth where Harrison Ford (the actor) sat. Can't do this at the local Sonic or church 's Chicken

From the storm. As I moved across the country this past winter, my travel companions and I were stranded in Winslow, Arizona, at a corner when the highways were shut down due to a large amount of snowfall. This gave us some extra time to explore the city and stumble on the Brown Becher Cafe. The dining room is a typical café, so a traveler feels comfortable and at home, and eat southwest. I recommend the fry bread taco. The waitress was pleasant and attentive, also with the increased business, as more travellers found themselves filling a bit of time.

Such food! Very darn! We stayed for a week in North-Arizona and that was the meal we had all agreed was the best. The Navajo Tacos were our favorites... the combination plate was great... the service was excellent. We couldn't ask better. We wish we lived closer.

Thanks for a wonderful lunch break on the way to Sedona, Arizona. It was wonderful to eat and not worry about the bikes. Navajo Tacos highly recommended.

Above average been there for ever eatery. Top notch Red and Green Sauces. Many locals there late in the afternoon. Definitely a repeat.
