DELICIOUS!!! The first time here and we will definitely be back. The Manakeesh reminded us of the Lebanese pizza? I mean Uncle made us when he lived here in Winnipeg. Recently went with a friend. This is a cool looking spot with colourful decor and art on the walls. Covid-19 cards checked on entry or at the till counter. You find a seat, choose what you'd like off the menu, then go to the till counter to place your order. Food is then brought to your table. The best restaurant in the Peg! Put your hands down! Makloubeh is from this world (especially beef)! Other good recommendations are the Foule Eggs, and beef Lamb Kebab. I've been around the Winnipeg ice cream scene for decades and nothing stands near my memory of this beautiful jewel of food!
Very sweet, super tasty Arab restaurant. I love the colorful decoration of the place. It was small and cozy with about 10 tables. The serving of dishes was generous for the price. Many options to choose from and the food was served fresh and fast. Between two people we ordered 4 dishes and 2 drinks. Everything together costs us just $50. It was a lot of food and we couldn't finish it. Definitely recommend.
