We were actually on our way to a different Sushi Restaurant, but stopped at this one by mistake. Decided to have something here before moving on. The waitress was delightful, some of her English a little difficult to figure out, but she made herself understood. Full of smiles and laughter, which is always appreciated. What User doesn't like about Utage Sushi:
We show up, order and what happens? 10-15 people walking in for skip the dishes... that's their priority. It's so unprofessional having people coming to sit down for supper and wait over an hr to be served with random people sitting all over the restaurant waiting for their driver to deliver an order. We were visiting from out of town and were not aware of the change in ownership, so we were a bit nervous as we had always enjoyed Utage. However, we decided to place a large order to take back to our lovely vacation spot in the North West Territories, and we were pleasantly surprised! The sushi was incredibly fresh and some of the best we have ever had, with a wide variety to choose from. The service was friendly and our order was ready on time. We definitely recommend this restaurant!
We recently dined at a newly opened restaurant with new owners, a fresh menu, and a new name - and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The restaurant was immaculate, and the menu offered a unique and affordable selection of items, including some sushi rolls that we had never seen before (and we consider ourselves sushi connoisseurs). Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations, including the flavorful miso soup filled with plenty of seaweed and tofu - a refreshing change from the diluted versions found elsewhere. One standout dish was the seafood sushi pizza, which was absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to returning and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Wishing the owners many years of success in their new endeavor!
I recently returned to this restaurant after new ownership took over, and I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food and excellent service.

I always preorder my order and it is ready for when I get there and the staff are great. When calling in the order , they will suggest items to add.
