ordered a large coffee in the drive thru tonight. waited 18 minutes after ordering in the drive thru. after seeing 4 cars drive past me i decided to leave the drive thru as well cause i was still three cars before the window. line barely moved. so i lost time on my paycheque due to being late for work and did not get my coffee. very unhappy View all feedback.

Slowest ever drive thru. No matter what time you come. If you choose to order from here don't use drive
Only priorities are the drive thru- don't care walk ins walk for over 20 mins for an egg sandwich- won't be back to any Tim's after
Seems to be a theme at Tim's, IGNORE in-store customers! So many times and so many locations I have experienced the same thing. The line up at the drive thru is long so decide to go inside or need to use washroom so go inside and the staff simply ignore you. Or they take your order and your money and then don't make it, while they help make drive thru orders. They are rated by their management on drive thru times so they ignore inside customers. If you just stand there for 10 minutes, management doesn't know you were there so no negative ratings.Very very poor service
They screw up my order..... a lot. Even when it's just coffee lol. Parking lot always has a bunch of semi trucks and box trucks parked all stupid and taking up most of the lot. Ridiculous. They need to put the height restriction bars back up.
