What Sarah Stoesz doesn't like about Starbucks:
Disregard for customer service. Mobile pick up order was ready but put behind the counter so I was unable to walk up and grab it myself. Employees continued to talk amongst each other disregarding the customer waiting for their order that was clearly ready.
