We were in this restaurant several times and never had a problem and not this time. jessey our server made it much more pleasant than their normal experience. Although eating took some time to come, jessey made sure that all our coffees were up. great eating great service and will return.

It was a cold, snow-covered and frigid Tuesday night. my partner and I were starved and was greeted by the manager rod. he recommended the most amazing poutine for poutine week. it was so delicious and can not stop thinking about it. the personal was so sweet and the service was on the spot! amazing team, service and delicious meal! highly recommended!

I went for a family dinner, ordered mild hot wings and I was served hella hot when I asked that the server to replace it, and then she even accused me of doing it while I did not even ate that even for the ketchups as seriously even mcdonald there ketchup for no fee. shame shame shame at this racist server no respect and she was even angry at me because she hot wings do not accept that the mistake they put much too cool sauce. I've got sour throat after I eat a bite. I wish I could give negative rating for it. She asked for the manager and refused. her name is good. do not accept them as a server.

$97 for 4 orders of wings for delivery. order completely wrong. no senior staff to fix the problem. comes often before. restaurants that cannot manage delivery after 2 years should go bankrupt.

This was my first time having Wings in the Smitty's Lounge. The Wings are very good. My side order of Fries came in a little silver Wine glass. The portion size is too small for the price. Fries in the restaurant industry used to be known as filler. Which means cheap enough to fill up the plate. Over all experience was great. The staff are pleasant and I will be back ?
