Came here to have a meal before departure without expectations.Prices are very reasonable.Meal items are outstanding. What Laura Crawford doesn't like about Root98:
Decent wine is scarce. No wine list. Wine available is very cheap yet they charged 17 dollars per glass. Food: calamari ; very basic salt\pepper and flour. Quantity was very little in comparison to other restaurants. Overall we are disappointed and will not return. Staff were 5/5. View all feedback.
Closes spontaneously whenever they want. Never open on the hours advertised. But the Nasi Goreng dish is good when it’s available
Mina is an amazing server with epic conversational skills. She made great recommendations with our need for a “lighter meal”. I had the side greens salad and my friend had the kids pancakes. Both we’re delicious! She also suggested we come to lounge upstairs because they closed at 3pm. The only reason we didn’t end up going there was because we ran into old time friends already at another place on the airport. Thank you Mina! You are outstanding.

Wanted a quick lunch before our flight. Menu is good but not enough gluten free items. Prices were very high for what you got.
We visited on Louis Riel Day 2023 day at around 12.Steady flow of people, the server working was fantastic, great hospitality, and a fantastic burger.
