Delicious homemade Holly Burger with tasty yam fries and a loaded and equally delicious Reuben Dog with chili fries. Awesome milkshake and soft serve selection. Good local beer on tap. Definitely recommend. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Roblin Grill:
Not both times impressed. When they first opened, they ran out of food! I had to take care of something we really didn't want. The second time the service was terrible. Waited a long time to be noticed sitting at a table. I go there every day and the place never seems to be busy.... how long will they be in business? I'm surprised they took so long. You have a great location, as nearby restaurants are almost unavaila... View all feedback.
Good location. Dedicated parking along with spare spots. Also available parking for handicap. Customer service is very good. Whenever went there for online pickup never had to wait too long. Lady is pretty good and smiling most of the times.Food is liked by quite a lot of people.to me personally there food price is quite reasonable but you guys can always shop around.this place is in business and appreciated .If you guys are into antique stuff you can find dolls, toys, radio, winnipeg jets card album etc.. I don't know if she wanna sell it or not but it looks pretty good. I wish good luck to her for business.
We really enjoyed the Roblin Grill. The food is a good price and good quality. The homemade chicken fingers are really tasty. Everything at the table got there quickly and was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended! It is good option if you don't want to venture out of the area for a good meal
100% 5/5 for food quality and taste, pricing, staff, and ownership. Can be tough to get through by phonecall sometimes. Still have to keep it at 5/5 overall due to the above! Thank you Roblin Grill for being so great!
We ordered: The poutine $8 The beer can burger $14 The Chicken'n'Waffle Cone. $13 We spoke with the owners mother who works as a server there. We will say service was exceptionally friendly. They were genuinely sweet and nice people who really want to make the best situation. We discussed the prices, finding them very reasonable for the area. Our server explained to us that there was low income housing so she did not want the prices to be that far out of reach. On to the food. The poutine... The fries were very good. Perfect for poutine. The kind that's ok getting soggy. However, there was a lack of cheese. The gravy had a good flavor. This best would be fantastic if there was more cheese. The other issue Jack found was it wasn't cheese curds. Seemed to be more mozzarella... I didn't have a problem with that, but we both agreed, not enough cheese. The beer can burger we got with Caesar salad. Its a pretty average Caesar. Aurora's was much better, but also it costed way more, so for this price, it's perfectly reasonable. The beer can burger itself is stuffed with their house made 3 cheese macaroni, then wrapped in bacon. There was a little mix up with our order. The server said she had put it in right, so sounded like it was a kitchen error. Ours was missing a bunch off things such as mustard, ketchup and onions. We added ketchup to it and found it tasted much better. I found the macaroni to be a bit bland, but the salt and acidity from the kechup brought out better flavors. I think the burger itself was very good, so if I went back, I'd skip this and go with their best burger which is $12 as the meat itself tasted very good. It was nice to try though. We missed out on the tator tots (they were sold out) which was sad as we were told they were made in house. For sides, I think their fries are great, Caesar more average, but I'd like to try the tots. The chicken'n'waffle cone was unique. It was stuffed with chicken tenders, coleslaw and fresh tomatoes. It had a very good flavor, but I found the chicken to be a little dry. I wouldn't have wanted to eat 2 of them myself, so I feel its better to share with one other person. We spoke about our issues with our server. They are a very new restaurant and are very open to listening to improvements. The criticism was taken very well. That means this is a place to watch for in the future. Pricing being what it is, its very affordable to try again! The portions were very generous.
