What User doesn't like about Rnr Family (mcphillips):
Food was not great, short staffed. They heavily advertise an eggs Benedict. It isn?t an actual eggs Benedict. Over easy eggs with no sauce. A coffee a Pepsi and eggs Benedict with a 10% tip cost 28$ that?s insane. View all feedback.
We had a great experience! Super friendly, and quick service. We went on a Monday, and found out every Monday and Tuesday, kids eat free!
This restaurant has decent parking and is easy to enter and leave the lot. There is a lot of seating, both with tables and booths. Wednesday has deep fried pickles on at half price 3-7. The pickles arrived hot and quickly and tasted great. Wednesday also had buy one entrée and get one free. We had the RnR chicken burger which was good. The seasoned fries had a bit too much salt. The beer battered pickerel was quite large and broccoli was cooked just right. The service was excellent and super friendly. Definitely worth trying out. The desserts looked tasty but didn't have any room left.
First time at this locally owned restaurant. Loved the deep fried dill pickles. We had the RnR Chicken deluxe sandwich and beer battered pickerel with some great sides steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and fries. The gravy was a little salty. Coleslaw could use a little more cream or zing the flavour was bland. Chicken sandwich was very good a side of honey dill was included it was nice. The pickerel with fresh lemon and tartar sauce was excellent. Broccoli was steamed perfectly and the mashed potatoes were creamy. We enjoyed our meal and will go again. Thanks very much
We just arrived in Winnipeg and we were recommended to this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the meal was so delicious. The Manitoba pickerel, rice and quinoa and grilled veggies were cooked to perfection. Thank you to a job well done by the cook!
One of the top location.huge parking option available in front and around the restaurant. Dedicated parking stalls for handicapped parking etc. Name is RnR Family Restaurant previous name was Perkins so don't get confused with that. I updated the same on maps too so that people may not have trouble finding it. Restaurant looks good hoping great service and something in menu. I went there few times it's good.
