Pho bin Mihn has always been our favorite Vietnamese retauraunt. We were so disappointed to find that it has apparently changed hands. Service continues to be excellent but the previously wonderful food was flavourless and mediocre. Espensive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Food was nothing to write home about, definitely other places are better. Shredded pork salad rolls are definetly not good. Portions are ok but they charge you 0.50 cents for take out boxes. I have never been charged for boxes. Would not repeat.
The sate rare beef pho used to be my go to weekly! But last time there wasn't even any peanut sauce sauce ....doesn't taste the same ?
Excellent, excellent food and the best fresh fruit bubble tea! Very accommodating staff and the manager ensured we were satisfied with our food. Would definitely recommend!!
Clean and well lit ? not so crowded so wait time is less than others. Food price is a bit higher but regarding favours and portions really worth it. Highly recommended
Awesome restaurant. My go to in Winnipeg. Great staff and sharable size portions. Place is very clean and respectful and professional staff. Quiet and peaceful environment to have a meal alone or with friends and family.Parking: Lots of parking
