Papa John's Pizza - Feedback

I tried to pay over the phone for a corporate group since I could not be onsite for the actual delivery.

Not sure what other people saw in this placeI am by no means a pizza snob and in fact will sometimes order chain pizza ie pizza hut, papa john's.
