McDonald's - Winnipeg

Juni ordered a combo on the thru and was handed over the bottle water and said to park in a pick-up place to wait for the food. they wait for minutes and never eat while other cars came and... will get their orders. the type that broke the food never remained long enough at a place to ask for my order. had to go without eating, because in the trunk there melted. most expensive bottle water in a long time.

Most know what mcdonalds is. burger, chickenuggets, mcflurries ice cream soda. etc. not complaining.

I only gave 2 stars for the few decent servers I had. They are rude and always passing the buck if the order is handed to me wrong. The bathroom is so disgusting (can only speak for the female washroom) when you inform them they don't have toilet paper or soap they get even more ruder. Even had a lady tell me if I wasn't happy with the facilities go elsewhere.I understand the area or people aren't always easy but you should still have friendly staff regardless.

They need to work on the way to help the customer with the app.but other then that nice
