What JH B doesn't like about Lesub Yenkitchen:
Banh mi's were overpriced, flat in taste and abysmally small. Meat was lacking in quantity compared to better locations like banh mi king. Bubble tea was average. Dishes overall didnt feel a bang for my buck. The location merits its nuance; if this is your local viet stop and you can afford the high price tag then fine but there are plenty of better choices if you are willing to drive out. My favourite boba I’ve had, awesome gluten free and vegan options!
Went today after been wanting to check this place out for a while. The food is amazing!! So flavourful. Who I assume is the owner was so sweet and friendly. Even the little garlic butter crisps are sooo good. The real fruit bubble tea is one of the best I’ve had. Will absolutely return. Please go support local dine here!

LOVE this place! Totally recommend it, my favourite order is the vegan vermicelli bowl and the mango bubble tea is my absolute favourite
