Only stopped in here once on a coffee run, but it was a nice surprise. The dough is very light for a sticky bun, which was nice. Had the sour cherry and the toffee/caramel buns - first being great, the second just fine.Haven't seen this place open again yet, but am now looking for it when on Portage - will definitely stop by there again. What User doesn't like about Jonnies Sticky Buns:
Tried this when it was first open and still cannot fathom why people are so crazy about their cinnamon buns. Buns are pretty average - nothing that really sets them apart or makes them memorable. Tried again recently and my opinion hasn't changed. I wouldn't make the effort to buy these. I have passed by many times when they should be open, but hours are erratic! View all feedback.
It was 11 a.m. and the supply of the rolls was limited. The rolls I got were not the best
This is a small shop, but the quality of the food is pretty good. The rabbit was really strong in cinnamon favor. The inner layer of the bungalow was really sticky because of the molten brown sugar. But overall it was not too sweet and if it were still hot much better.
The best hare constabulary of this side of the rockies!
Friendly staff, unique and delicious cinnamon buns, entertaining Instagram page with creative coupon phrases and great lunch options on a bun! Apple bacon cinnamon bun is the best!
Went here a few years back and it was amazingI really hope it's still there as I'm heading this weekend.
