The staff at this charming, contemporary, intimate restaurant are extremely friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. Each dish has a unique and delightful flavor that blends North American tastes with Korean and Japanese traditions. Despite not being a big sushi fan, I found myself loving their sushi rolls, as well as their beef and chicken dishes. Their new chicken wings are crispy and have a tantalizing sweet and tangy flavor. I highly recommend JC Sushi for a delightful and laid-back dining experience!

Friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome. In addition to that, the food is incredible! The fish from the poke I had tasted very fresh and the yaki udon was so flavourful! Definitely a go-to in the neighbourhood and a must-try, for sure!

Delicious sushi. Had some special rolls and all were great. The salmon sashimi also tasted fresh. The service was ok. In terms of seating, there are only 4 tables inside. I?d go back again for some delicious sushi.

The friendliness of the staff is only surpassed by the delicousness of the food in this attractive, modern, smaller restaurant. The flavouring of each dish is unique, delicious, and well adapted to our North American context while honouring the Korean and Japanese traditions. I'm not usually much of a sushi eater, but really enjoy many of their Sushi rolls, as well as their beef and chicken dishes. And their newly developed chicken wings burst with crispiness and a mysterious tangy sweetness. I highly recommend JC Sushi for a tasty, relaxed experience!
