As the name says everything here is fresh very fresh. The menu is interesting with some good options. One criticism would be that the lettuce in the salad was in very big pieces and would've been nicer if it was smaller cut. Also for the price paid the quantity was a little skimpy. But the quality was great and I would go back again View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Freshii:
I was so hungry and needed something quick on the way home down corydon, thought I would try Freshii as I've been meaning to.So sad I didn't drive a little further to Burrito del Rio (or even Subway). I had the Tex Mex Burrito was so dry and mostly just rice. I was looking forward to something delicious and fresh because that's what most burritos are. Will never risk coming here again for a burrito, it did not satisf... View all feedback.
My 1st order here was the Tortila Soup with spinach, broccoli edamane for $9.74. Portion was huge, taste was absolutely delicious (almost as good as Mom used to make) was pleasantly surprised to have avocado wedges in my soup for the 1st time! Also, Buddha Satay Bowl with beet slaw was great, altho I would have liked more noodles. Strawberry-Banana smoothie was great. It was like I could feel health nutrition flowing thro my entire body as I ate this wonderful food! Delivery so can't comment on restaurant service.
Excellent healthy alternative to the unhealthy fast food chains. I've been several times and found the Halifax locations were far better than Winnipeg. The ones here are very expensive on price and cheap on portions. I had the Buddha satay which is delicious but unfortunately there was only 3 small pieces of broccoli. The oaxaca was amazing though! And the pesto pasta. Very delicious food, but not the friendliest or generous of staff and portions.
Decent fast casual health conscious chain. I've eaten here a few times and found the food to be exactly what it says it is fresh and healthy. Though, I find it a bit bland. I've only had the bowl meals and smoothies but they definitely did not wow me into coming back. I see the appeal however, especially as an alternative to greasy fast food. So, just not for me. I would warn anyone getting the green smoothie that it tastes ok after the first few sips, but when it starts to settle... it kind of felt like I was drinking swamp sludge.
Went here a few times.<br/ <br/ I feel this place is a great way to get a healthy fresh lunch. Most ways to get a good salad require sitting down or waiting for take out, while this is similar to fast food speed.<br/ <br/ However you do pay quite a bit for a lunch, even if all you get is a salad with meat, and add a smoothie and you're looking close to $20 for a single person.<br/ <br/ The place seems clean, and it's at a convenient location.
Decent to have lots of healthy options but I feel like it's a bit pricy. $10 for chicken soup that was essentially made at a salad bar is a bit much to ask. I like it as a fast easy go-to though.
