Food would be a 5.0 to be quite honest depending on what you get. As a regular, I'd get the bbq duck, steamed broccoli, sweet and sour chicken balls (when they're hot they're to die for) and rice enough for 2. Have yet to try their chilli garlic oil. Not bad. Not located in the greatest area though. Buffet was so so... but what would one expect for the price. Slightly cheaper then Ken’s restaurant which is around the corner. View all feedback.
Best Chinese food in Winnipeg, by far. This place is a gem!
