Domino's Pizza - Winnipeg

I order regularly from this location because if I can say one good thing it is that they are consistantly FAST and fairly cheap.HOWEVER.... when it comes to quality and customer service they are very bad. Probably the worst franchise in the city in this regard (from my XP).They are extremely stingy on toppings, not once but EVERY time. Order mushroom add up all the pieces it's lucky if it's ONE mushroom in total. Same with meats... It's absurd how cheap they are. Thin crust is over cooked, dry hard EVERY TIME.Once they didn't bring me my pizza and then ARGUED about it with me for 10 minutes until FINALLY they agreed to check with the driver... where it was found he'd phoned the wrong number at time of delivery.I'll keep ordering but only because it's fast. There's not a SINGLE good thing to say other than that.

Time : 1149 hrs 8 September reference for GM owner — ordered pizza and Choco lava cake and got it delivered without spoon/fork . The delivery driver being rude says it’s not his responsibility to bring spoons or forks . Okay wow . Called the dominos the CSR who took the call some girl , best customer service ever rude arrogant plus the best answer given it’s my headache to arrange for a spoon and not hers .Thanks Dominos

I wasn’t going to write a review but this is the third time in one month where I place an order, come 10 mins after it says completed and they haven’t started making it. I pray I ordered a thin crust pizza when I came it wasn’t ready and then I got a regular crust… I also paid for 3 dipping sauces which I never got.

Their cheerful brote were once well dimensioned. that has made a hit in the last two months. I ordered a few days ago and in the last two months. small each time. small. small. small. change my order now if I can. if not, it's new charging.

The order by the app on Monday for 50% discount is great! they are good people. if they make a mistake, they do it right.
