Busy room when we arrived for dinner.Our server was probably in the washroom. Or something I ng as we didn't get any service after being seated. I had to flag the server for a neighbouring table, and she was surprised we didn't even get our waters yet. Our server eventually made her appearance when she brought our food. She came by often enough after, but there always seemed a little like she was urging us to finish up and leave after the main dinner rush left and the restaurant was empty.The food was good enough. Pasta was good and plentiful. Pizza tasted good but kind of soft and limp. I'm a little disappointed as I like a crispy bottom that is strong enough to hold itself up when you hold it on one end with a fold.Free street parking was plentiful in this neighbourhood, even at dinner time.

Food was excellent here when we stopped for dinner last weekend. We love the location and atmosphere, usually opt for the patio.The reason for the low review here was for the service we were given (specifically the manager). We were quickly seated which was great, my fiance requested a booth and the server was very accommodating.She was quick to take our order and we were really enjoying the experience. But then the manager came to our table when our server came back and said loudly They can 't sit here! We have a party of 12 coming and they will need this table , she didn 't acknowledge us at all even though she was literally right beside us. Other people at different tables were looking and my fiance was so embarrassed. No apologies were given and we were told to move after being there for 25 min..This is not on our server at all but the manager on shift. Working in restaurants in the past, it 's important to have those types of conversations away from the customers. It would have been a very different situation and would have had no awkwardness towards your customers.It might have just been an off day, but we wanted to make you aware.

The food was absolutely incredible.And as everyone else says, the specialty breadsticks are nothing short of amazing.One thing I found odd, normally when I go to a restaurant, I order my appetizers right away and mains/entrées after I've decided.. they told us that we HAD to order together because the kitchen knows to prepare it right.. or something like that, which I did not appreciate. We always order appetizers right away so that they are out by the time we decide what we want for a main, I've never had a restaurant tell me we had to order our entire meal altogether.Regardless, the food was delicious.

Overpriced, low quality food here. The lasagna was very obviously reheated from frozen and upset my stomach for a couple days after eating. I feel like this place has given up on quality and is just riding on it's good name.

We were really disappointed. My Mom and I had dinner on Sunday night about two weeks ago. It was really busy on the patio but not so much in side.This used to be one of our favourite places. Let’s start with the unprofessional servers. Our server was rude and short with my Mom when she asked questions about the menu, we still tipped but she didn’t deserve it. There was one other server sitting at the bar talking extremely loud to customers so unprofessional go home after your shift or be quiet. The food was just ok, the bread was stale and obviously reheated in the microwave. Bread is cheap serve it fresh. We won’t be back mainly because the atmosphere has changed, the staff are unprofessional maybe you need to pay more to attract better staff.
