Chicken Delight of Canada Ltd

I had some problems with my order and customer service from one employee at this restaurant. However, after speaking with the owner, she was professional, polite, and very forgiving. She fixed the issue and even sent us a complimentary, delicious order. Thank you for taking care of us afterwards.

We ordered tonight and our food was fantastic. The fries, gravy, chicken, and pizza were all delicious.

They used very old fat for chicken, rolls were stale. Manager said he didn't believe us when we tried to do it right.

Okay, listen, we're not talking about a crazy steakhouse or amazing fusion experience... we're talking about fried chicken. That said these guys are doing an amazing job! We ordered the sweet 16 deal for delivery right in the heart of dinner hour and they absolutely nail it! The order arrived unbelievably under 20 minutes and everything was perfect! The chicken was hot and fresh, the macaronisalate was cold and crisp, the side balls were soft and warm, and the frits were still hot and crisp! People were a pleasure to deal with the order, billing, and the driver was extremely polite and respectful... Great job guys!

I ordered 10 pizzas and snacks for a hockey team. Unfortunately, I am in the territories, they would not help me as they said they could not take my visa. I was told that they are not able to register manually in a visa. As an entrepreneur who knows that's not the case. Since we take 100 orders from our customers via the phone and enter them manually. Then I was told to leave and hang. Sad day when a business treats a potential customer.
