Captain's Table Fish And Chips

We went for lunch this past Saturday. I have to admit without some positive reviews from friends on facebook we probably would never of thought to eat here. My better half loves fish and chips and I love clubhouse sandwiches. Her fish was flaky and moist inside and golden brown outside (perfiect! My clubhouse was in the top 3 I have had in Winnipeg (excellent! We both had hand cut fries and homemade coleslaw both were great. I just can't understand how they can make money?! The meals were far greater value than what was charged! Our server was extremely pleasant and professional. The menu and food remind me of the old Jim's Fish Chips by the Viscount. We will be back.

Had dinner here again today (at least once a week) and it was awesome. Seriously the best place for fish in the city. Halibut, Cod and Shrimp awesomeness at its best. Great service!

I've been wanting seafood so bad lately this definitely fulfilled my wishes. SO tasty big portions (can't wait to have the rest for dinner tonight haha). My husband and I went during a calm time of day; we really enjoyed the atmosphere service (the young waitresses were kind friendly). Highly recommend this restaurant!
