I had already sufficiently stuffed my gullet by the time I got to this place. And it wasn't even 11:00 am. But I felt I needed to try out the pierogies before I left for the airport an hour later. So I asked if I could have just 3 pierogies, and they had no problem cooking that small of an amount to order (choice of boiled, pan fried or deep fried). I got one each of pan fried sauerkraut, sour cream, and cheddar chee... View all feedback.
What Cristopher Block doesn't like about Baba's Tall Grass Pantry:
I dined at this restaurant with some friends. The prices are quite high for the quality of food we received. There are definitely better bakery options available. View all feedback.
We tried the turkey and red pepper soup, as well as the BBQ Bison barley soup, along with the quinoa and black bean salad and the vegetarian chili. Everything was delicious! The women who prepare the food do an excellent job.

The restaurant offers a variety of large baked goods, including delicious cinnamon rolls. Customers should be prepared for potential wait times during busy hours. The prices are reasonable for the freshly baked items.
Enjoy lunch with a difference from this small food stand in the Forks Market area a delicious melt of Ukraine and Canada all on a plate.
First off, shout out to the staff. They are all smiles and very kind. I ordered 6 perogies (cheddar potato with sour cream and fried onions to go. I had them deep fried because I enjoy the crispy aspect. I had a 20 minute walk back home and when I got in, I realized that the onions were directly on top of my perogies. They were still very delicious but pretty soggy by the time I got to eat them. I will definitely go again though :
