Tim Hortons - Winnipeg Canada

I had a wonderful drive-thru experience at the restaurant with Maggie and Amanda! I was pleasantly surprised by the Starbucks-like greeting from Maggie, and she cheered me on as I placed my order.

The staff at this restaurant is highly efficient and able to work well under pressure. They are constantly sanitizing and remain polite when communicating with customers.

The Tim Horton's location in Manitoba is possibly the worst in the country. We decided to stop on our way out of town and were disappointed by the staff's incompetence.

I usually go to Tim's at least 5+ times a week. I work night shifts all over the city, so it helps me stay awake and caffeinated. It's hard to find a place that's open at night, so I was happy to see this location open. When I went in, I first went to the bathroom before ordering anything. As I passed by, a worker greeted me and I said hi back. After sitting down in the bathroom, someone knocked on the door a minute later. They told me they were closed now. I was surprised they didn't tell me earlier. I said okay and mentioned I would finish up quickly. They asked how long I would be and I said I still needed to wipe. I didn't mean to be rude, but I wasn't going to leave without cleaning up properly. They told me I have one minute or they would call the cops. I thought that was crazy. I still had 8 hours left on my shift and I couldn't stay unwiped for that long just because they didn't want to give me a few minutes to finish. It didn't make sense since they still had to clean up after closing anyway. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I think their behavior was unreasonable and unprofessional.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. They always have sweetener available for me as I am diabetic. Fresh coffee is also served.
