Tim Hortons - Winnipeg Canada

I often this location every couple of weeks; today was honestly a disappointing visit. I went through the drive through and found that it was unusually slow and when I approached speaker box and ordered I asked if there was a donut apart of the new Baileys promotion and then I could hear the team members laughing; were they laughing at me ? The person who helped at the window also had a smirk on their face and kind of laughed when I paid. I double checked later on and there is a donut apart of the Baileys promotion that will be released on November 20th Baileys Boston Cream Donut ; perhaps the staff need more education to speak to their own menu and guide customers rather than just a NO . Will I be back to this location ... probably because realistically where else can I get similar donuts like Tim 's in Winnipeg, especially for the price; maybe I 'll try somewhere new once the Krispy creme opens up on Sterling Lyon in 2024.

Tried the roast beef craveable! Excellent! Fresh loved it. My decaf however was watery. But overall good experience!Sorry ate half before pic.. lol ??

Walk out without being served and went to McDonald's.Literally stood in line for 10 minutes not one person served. Everyone working drive thru and filling online orders.This Tim's specifically is BRUTAL for walk in service. They do not care about dine in customer at all. Clearly not enough staff working. It is horrible. Not the first time I've walked out at this place.

Just went through the drive thru. The fella taking our order was so amazing. Exceptional customer service. Of course, the bagels and coffee were awesome

I was here during breakfast. There was this young Indian girl who greeted me very nicely(Eknoor) that’s what her Name-tag read. Always smiling. She took my order so precisely. The store was busy though but she still managed to serve guests with positive attitude. She truly deserves a raise.
