What Ruth Glendenning doesn't like about Sorrento's:
The food was excellent. What I don't understand is how all the staff don't look like they want to be there. Our server wasn't friendly at all. This was our first time at this restaurant. I guess we should had read the reviews . So we weren't surprised about the staff. Or what it looked like a lot of people order delivery. You could see orders consistently going out or people picking up orders. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
We order from here twice per year. We always order the Family Feast. We asked for a half bacon mushroom, half bacon pepperoni pizza, and got mushrooms on both halves. Moreover we noticed the pasta portion was smaller, and only got a half order of breadsticks rather than full.
Ordered dinner for delivery at 730, it's now 940...no food, restaurant now closed not answering calls...not even a courtesy call. Starving and furious ATM. If you're hungry don't order from Sorrento's.

The pizza toppings cheese was 1 1/2 from the edge. The med feta salad had 2 small pieces of tomato no visible feta. Dressing was good. Our server disappeared. Mh. When a third person joined us the sever brought water but no plate or cutlery. We wandered to the station picked up our own. When leaving no bill was ever given. We tracked down another person.Just not what it used to be. :
The worst pizza i have ever eaten. The bottom was almost black. I cannot believe that someone actually sent this out. I am only writing this so that in the future the staff is more thoughtful about the food they send out.
