came for wings with some friends and our server morgan was absolutely fantastic! she was so enthusiastic and friendly and very easy to speak. our food came hot and our drinks just as fast. we could see that she was also bartending, but she still gave us phenomenal service. great experience! thank you View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smitty's Family Lounge:
This restaurant is not like IHOP or a pancake house. The strawberry crepes were a bit dry and the crepe itself was not as fluffy as I'm used to. There was also no actual straw included in the dish. View all feedback.
There is a lot to be desired at this chain-family restaurant. The service is lacking and the food is typical Sysco fare, meaning it is frozen and reheated.

I went to dinner at this restaurant with two other people, even though it wasn't my first choice - the one we originally wanted to go to was closed. Unfortunately, I must say that the speck cheeseburger I ordered was awful, especially the patty.
Classic hot wings at a busy night there is a large parking space that we found quickly and easily, although it is very busy. it was a lively night with a fundraiser. they quickly found us a table, although it was almost full. we had a very comfortable stand. Although it's super busy, we could talk very easily. our service was excellent and fast. Eat and drinks were quickly brought to the table. eating was fresh and hot. lots of hot water for tee and refills on the cola come again and again. super friendly staff. we had bbq, buffalo ranch and the dry honey habanero wing. the bbq was a classic wet BBQ sauce that was really good, the honey habanero was decent, but the star of my opinion was the buffalo ranch. the buffalo ranch first looked flabby, but it was super tasty and tangie. the side of the celery and carrots was huge. overall it was a superior wing night experience we will be back:
Was a busy Tuesday evening when the restaurant had a fundraiser on the lounge side, but they sat us immediately in a stand with a window on the restaurant side. enough parking space for the restaurant, as it is common in a Strip-Mall parking space for all companies there. they have wings on special diest, grass and thirst night. we had 3 pfund wings honey habanero, buffalo ranch and bbq. carrot and selleriestöck were crispy and fresh on the side with ranch dressing. eating came fast and hot. it was great to see that eating was quickly served with the masses that the restaurant in the night the kitchen was very busy with the amount of customers. it is a sign of good administration that keeps enough staff on a fundraising night, keep all happy and well fed. good planning was to be seen at our visit in this restaurant. the personal was attentive and beverage refills were carried out in time. we will visit again. Thank you.
