The restaurant has declined in quality. The service was very poor and all the tables were dirty. I had to request a rag to clean our table myself. One person in our group ordered a pizza without hot peppers but received hot peppers anyways. When she brought it up to the staff, she was told to just remove them herself. Despite these issues, my pizza was delicious. It would be helpful if they provided plates instead of napkins for eating.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my pizza was ready at this restaurant, just as the website promised. The pizza was hot and delicious, and I always customize my order with a well-done, thin crust and extra sauce, which never disappoints. Don't forget to tip your fellow Winnipeggers!

I would like to give Pizza Hotline 5 stars because I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. However, I was disappointed to be greeted by an employee who was not wearing a mask, causing unnecessary stress for the other workers. It seems unfair that this individual is allowed to work without a mask while the rest of the staff must wear them at all times. Until this policy changes, I will not be returning to this location.

No, not really. I have been ordering from this restaurant for 15 years and suddenly couldn't place my order. I mentioned the specifics of what I wanted and the person taking the order was not helpful.

Avoid this place at all costs! The sauce is thick and salty with barely any cheese. We ordered 12 pizzas for a party of 50 children and they were devoured in no time. Save yourself the disappointment and money.
