Tried the pistachio, turtle, and apple caramel cheesecake. They are no-bake cheesecakes, and leaned slightly towards whipped cream texture. The flavors of each of the cakes were good but they could use some more toppings and they'd be great. View all feedback.
What Suzette Chrobak doesn't like about Double D's Cheesecake Coffee House:
I selected 12 assorted individual “cheesecakes” Saturday evening for a birthday dinner on Sunday. I would describe the consistency more like a mousse than a cheesecake… I tried to stand a birthday sparkler up in one and had to abandon that plan as the “cheesecake” was certainly not dense enough to hold up a thin sparkler. My girlfriend and I frequent Double D's several times a week for its relaxed atmosphere and comfortable study environment. We absolutely adore their cheesecakes - no matter which one you choose, it's sure to be delicious. They also offer a variety of drinks that pair perfectly with their tasty cheesecakes. I would highly recommend this charming spot in St. Vital to any of my friends. A special shoutout to co-owner Angela, who is the coolest and sweetest person we've ever met. We can't wait to return next week! -Dan and Sav
The latte and London Fog at this restaurant are fantastic, and they offer a wonderful variety of cheesecakes. The service is also very friendly.
I ordered this pack of 6 cheesecake from this place. I got the option to add 6 of my choice cheesecakes. Totally loved the taste. Most fav ones are the mango, pistachio and red velvet Will try some other of these next time.

They were tasty, however I feel that there was more of a whipped cream texture and taste than the firm cream cheese consistency and taste that I was anticipating. Again, more like mousse than cheesecake.
