Just good old comfort food. Friendly staff and customers. Good place to take a break from hunting to warm up and recharge before heading back out to the forest. : Had the hamburger steak, onions, baked potatoe, side salad, toast and gravy for $11.99. everything was in order, but the service was not the best. the waitress would give other customers coffee? and go directly past our table with the coffee post in their hand and do not even offer a full. they were not busy, 3 of us drink coffee at our table and we had to ask 3 times for filling. The food was ok View all feedback.
Very friendly and the food is excellent. They keep running out of coke. This is something that is small and can be easily fixed.
If you want the best food in Winn parish ember's is that place to go. And the service is awesome.
Food was great and the staff was excellent. BUT the chairs need desperately cleaned and recovered with vinyl to keep them that way. The whole place needs a good cleaning. This is meant as constructive criticism. Because it is a good place to eat and the staff was great.
Happened to stop here for lunch, just passing through... good choice, tasty lunch!
