Stay away from the chili onion burger, can chili sucks. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely best place to take the kids in winnemucca for a hearty, healthy meal. Even my granddaughters are part of the conversation with the staff. Ordered the Santa Rosa sandwich. Great combination of roast beef, grilled peppers, onions mushrooms with jack cheese. The made a small bowl of fry sauce special for us on request. The building is older but don't let that stop you. It's a great option for dining in Winnemucca.

Our server, I cantvremember his name, was very nice and did a great job checking on us and keeping our drinks full. I got the fried chicken (so much food, I ended upsharing with everyone) with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, salad, and garlic bread! My husband got the patty melt andfries, one of my boys got a burger, one got the tuna melt with potato salad, and our daughter got the Chicken Alfredo.
