What Dan Cleveland doesn't like about A&w:
The restaurant is just okay now, not like it used to be. They closed the one in my town, so I had to eat here, but the food wasn't as good as I remembered. The root beer wasn't as tasty either. View all feedback.
I had the biggest handcrafted hamburger at this restaurant, along with the best car service from the staff who bring your food to your car. The nostalgic atmosphere is enhanced by the music from the 1950s and 1960s. On Tuesdays, they have an old car night event. I will definitely be returning to eat there again.
We waited in line for over 30 minutes, only for the staff to tell us that they were closed. It was 6:57 according to my watch. When we asked for the manager or owner's name, they claimed not to know who the owner was. Avoid this place at all costs! Many others in line also ended up leaving.
The only option available was a snack served in a large breadbasket instead of a full meal, but it was okay during business hours.
