Smitty's Restaurant - Winkler

Service was awful. First I had a piece of tissue in the bottom of my cup of water. Then the waitress spilled orange juice on my jacket. The food wasn't great. She didn't offer an apology or to get the food fixed. The manage wouldn't come to talk to us, said she was too busy. When we finally got her attention, she also didn't offer any apologies or other offers to make us want to come back again.

We went for a coffee and Coke,my wife had a salad,chicken and cranberries,very tasty,a little pricey,but great atmosphere

I had orange juice which tasted moldy, the hashbrowns must have been sitting for hours, needless to say, I won't be ordering any breakfast meals here anymore. Furthermore, I have been treated with great disrespect by a staff member for pointing out a mistake in the bill, needless to say, I'll spend my money on food elsewhere.

We went for steak on our anniversary.asked for well done.my wife was half way done and then saw hers was not near cooked in rhe middle.still very red.lost her appetite.all they would do was give a token amount off.she was sick later.will not be stepping foot back in there again.i went for breakfast this morning just to use the coupon they gave me

I was disappointed in the service here. The food was okay...but the wait was horrible. I had to ask for refills of coffee both for my table and another table beside me. I understand if the kitchen is overwhelmed, but at least make certain your patrons have beverages while they wait. The servers spent too much time talking to each other.
