Was User at Regency Pizza a mag?
Late, undercooked, and disappointing. The toppings were sparse and slid off the pizza. This was not a pizza, but rather a failed attempt at one. Adding crispy ham and pepperoni could have improved it. The lack of proper melting and caramelization of the cheese left it tasting cheap. I had to bake the pizza for an additional 15 minutes at home. View all feedback.

pretty did not turn up! I had waited almost 3 hours. Three times he said every time on the way. I lied to the worst job on the way. 4. he said again that the driver showed up twice, and I didn't answer the door. read again. I have no car or a man came to my door. I watched too! I said I want a refund. no refund. no eating. bad customer service I've ever experienced. I will make sure I get my refund. View all feedback.

Ew. Bought the £13 chicken box for delivery, bought two boxes and one parmasan was double the size of the other which was annoying. Then tried the tandoori chicken kebab, which turned out not to be a kebab at all just! Just chicken in tandoori sauce thrown in the same box as the crispy fried chicken, parmasan and chips making the whole lot a soggy mess. To top it all off delivered by the most miserable child (can't have been older than 13) in existence. Is it not illigal in the UK for kids that young to be working? Overall a shambles of a service and the food was not nice at all everything in the box tasted like soggy badly made tandoori and wasn't hot at all. £28.50 in total for the worst takeaway in the North East. Would not reccomend.

Food was cold and the oil was old in the fryers and we order from here nearly every week and the food is usually nice. Oh and it took ages for delivery if you can't be arsed just let us know next time.

I ordered a small kebab at 10:10 pm and it just arrived at 11:45 pm. I called at 11:15 pm to ask where it was and was told they had the wrong address, even though they had asked for my postcode first. They said they would make a fresh one and send it right away. It should have arrived by 11:30 pm at the latest, but it took much longer. If they had been honest about being busy and having delayed deliveries, I would have just picked it up myself instead of being misled. It was a frustrating experience.

The food was delicious and delivered quickly. The service and atmosphere were also excellent, receiving a perfect score of 5 for each category.
