Was always good until recent visits. App wouldn't work, no one would answer. Drove down to be told he had been alone all day, no time to bake bread, when we finally got our orders, things were missing from all 4 sandwiches. There has been a deterioration in accuracy and service over the last few visits. It is always blamed on understaffing. Love the sandwich, just may have to find somewhere else to get it. Sad.
Just threw 20 dollars away. Couldnt eat the sub for all the hot sauce. The women make good subs, stay away from the lil ginger boy. Smelled like booze and ruined my meal. Maybe he was having a bad day i dunno.
This place was a lot better until recently. There was a big turnover of employees and the new talent isn't quite as good. Perhaps it's a lack of experience, but I've all but stopped going here unless I feel there's no other option
Sandwich artist ‘tim’ was very unprofessional. Yelled at the elderly customer in front of us that couldn’t hear what he was saying then was smart with him. He told my coworker and I that we had to stand 6 feet apart. Coworker explained that we are riding in a car together. Tim said “doesn’t matter 6 feet”. My coworker wanted his wrap microwaved with veggies on it and Tim said “nope not allowed, only meat and cheese can be microwaved no veggies”. Then when he rang up my coworker, he asked what his name was. Tim said “sorry you felt like you had a bad experience” in a very sarcastic manner. I personally work in the customer service line of work. That is not how you treat customers. I have also worked at multiple subways back in High-school, and ‘Tim’ is lucky I don’t know the owner of that Subway.
