Given my strict diet, it can be tough to find appropriate choices, but Subway consistently provides a wide variety. I asked if I could use their microwave to pop some popcorn, and I want to emphasize that this was not a prank call; I was sincerely inquiring if it was permissible. Instead of taking my request seriously, she dismissed it as a joke, which it definitely was not. Ultimately, she hung up on me, which left me surprised and frustrated. Because of this experience, I have decided not to return to Subway. They have permanently lost my business.

Drove down to be told he had been alone all day, no time to bake bread, when we finally got our orders, things were missing from all 4 sandwiches. There has been a deterioration in accuracy and service over the last few visits. It is always blamed on understaffing. Love the sandwich, just may have to find somewhere else to get it. Sad.
