Service was incredible. It was my first time and the lady gave me a quick rundown of the menu. I tried the Belgian waffle as they had it for a limited time only. It was topped with ice cream, Nutella, chocolate, strawberries and whipped cream. It was very good. Little pricey but it is definitely worth it once in a while. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, the quality of the ice cream has declined significantly since the change of ownership. All the flavors I've tasted so far taste overly sweet and artificial. The colors of the hard ice cream are bright and intense very fake looking and an indicator of poor quality in my opinion. Even the vanilla soft serve is disappointing. Great ice-cream! Super friendly service, lots of options to create a customized cone. The chimney cone is a must try, be ready to get messy but its well worth it. Pro dad tip if you bring the kiddos to bring a box of wipes, you'll need it.
Stopped by this hidden gem, it really is hidden and tucked away as we drove by it the first time and had to double back. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by all the lovely ladies working. They were very accommodating as this was our first time and explained everything to us, they even have a selection of hard ice cream as well but we came to specifically try the chimney cones! I got the vegan vanilla swirled with mango and vegan chocolate sauce and pecans. My niece ordered the strawberry and Nutella chimney cone. They also come in 2 sizes and we opted for the smaller size. The service was wonderful and the ice cream was a delight! Only thing that was a bit of a let down was that the inside of the chimney cone itself is not baked, so when you get down to it the inside was a bit doughy against the ice cream when it started melting. Idk if it?s done like that on purpose or if it would be better if the whole cone was baked both inside and out. But overall it was a good experience and I?ll def be back for the vegan options
Had a visit to this place yesterday. The cashier was very friendly and hospitable. I had the Banana split and it was delicious. But the presentation was a mess and made it look less appealing.
Great and friendly service here. Got introduced to the magic of the chimney cone. It certainly pairs well with the Reese's pieces ice cream glory. The selection looked pretty nice as well. My friends definitely enjoyed their choices. Would absolutely go again! Was a great stop on my trip to Windsor.
