Tim Hortons - Windsor

The service at this restaurant is excellent, very fast, and the employees are friendly. Having traveled extensively in Canada, I can confidently say that this Tim Hortons is one of the best in the country!

There were plenty of donuts and pastries available! They were fresh, and a staff member kindly opened another case when he noticed I was having difficulty controlling my young autistic son, who was becoming impatient in line. I really appreciated this gesture.

The staff at this restaurant are young and they sometimes struggle to properly listen to customer requests.

I asked to claim my 2 rewards and the man looks at me stupid and says I don't know, I don't know and asks me to pay and he took away my reward points without giving them to me, no bye he closes the window and don't come backSunday 7:15 pm 2023
